The Banzhaf et. al. 2016 publication can be used as stand alone models, but is also capable in combining to work previously done with the below 2010 Schultz et. al. The 2014 Jeffreys dissertation depicts diameter distribution models that bridge predictive information between the models published by Banzhaf et. al. and Schultz et. al.  Combining the three works will allow for a full stand prediction system with volumes.
